Relationship Lies, relationship and pstd

Good evening,
I believe my partner, suffering from PTSD is starting to lie to me.
Last night he told me he was meeting his therapist late. After clinic hours. 7:00 pm. Then heading out with his friends.
I'm typically not nosey. But he didnt answer my call and came home at midnight.

I've checked and he didn't meet with his doctor. She doesn't work in that area.

My gut feeling is that he's hiding something from me. When he came home all he wanted to do was hold me and love me. The complete opposite of how he's been with me

What should I think ?

I think it's important to listen to your gut, but I also think it's important not to assume anything, especially in a PTSD relationship.

My gut was right. He thought it would be best to leave me as he can't think straight Ana doesn't know what he wants anymore.
