@rdoearth Welcome to the forum and chat! I don't think I really gave you the proper welcome I usually do give to new members. In part from my convos in chat should in ways be self-explanatory as to why I haven't done so.

I decided to respond here as I too have a dislike for the mental health system which in my case includes neurologists too! Being in a small town I am limited to the resources available because we are, a small town although we are largely populated to a degree.
