Yesterday:
40 Laps Swimming
Early morning Dog walking 45 minutes
Late night Dog walking
1 Hour Tai Chi practice with my Tai Chi buddies

Today
1 hour Power Walking with Walking buddies
Half an hour Dog walking
1 Hour Tai Chi class
1 hour QiGong class

I am starting to hit my goal of four hours exercise per day!
 
Sunday was a really cool on run - I did the first 6ms with Homer and then his people met us at the lake and drove him home. I continued with no real destination in mind and logged close to 38kms all tallied.

Monday also a gorgeous day here and I did a really fast 10k and called it a day.
Soreness floated in by Tuesday and I had some hockey drills so I was at the rink for about 2 hours doing those.
Wednesday Hockey - two hours of drills and one hour of skating.
Thursday a 4k hike with Homer and then a 10 run for me after dropping Homer off home.
Friday - today I plan on doing some light weights and some plyo.
 
You're...a...sports monster! I bow in front of your stamina!

LOL- thanks @Anrish ! You are a pretty good sports monster yourself - you are inspiring me to log my miles!! Saturday I had a great hike with Homer - about 8-9kms - I don't usually go this far with Homer but the weather was cold and Homer seemed right in his element.

Sunday, bra shopping. That right there is equivalent to 3hrs of plyo!! I think I might have even pulled a deltoid muscle trying on one of the running bras... ouch...

I might just need a rest day after this.
