We practiced our blocks and strikes today. We were introduced to a new fighting stance and then practiced some more. Practiced some kicks while holding a medicine ball while stationed in the center of our trampoline. Only 10 minutes on the trampoline, but was quite worked for those 10 minutes.

@Lionheart777 - that's fabulous - well done.

I have been working a lot lately which is great but soon bringing my head out of the water. : )

I have been mostly running a lot and spending a lot of what spare time I have hiking with Hank. I have a walker now for Hank and he takes him on a leisurely stroll when I am working late. I make a point each night of taking Hank out and we manage at least 10k run before Hank tires and we slow down.

I have been doing Yoga a bit and I am enjoying the slowness of it.

@City Slicker : Thank you. I'm already doing better. I even went for some shorter runs again.

Today I did 35 min of cycling - still had cramps from my monthly issues so that had to do and...it was in a gym and I really...don't like gyms.
