Did 110 minutes of Plyometrics and got my heart rate into anaerobic threshold levels which meant an amazing night of sleep last night. It's raining and warm here and I am debating a trail run or another inside weight workout - not sure which today but I will let the moment and my chattering bones be my guide.
 
Improvements here. The inspiration found on this site has helped and I really like this thread. Today, 3-5 minute walks PLUS a 4th walk for 10 minutes during a pretty severe agor/panic attack. Worked out my right arm during a 40-minute paint by number session. Ouch that one hurt! So, a muscle milk helped with the achy muscles :)
 
Nice, easy. relaxed 17k today. It was raining a bit but warm. Passing other runners while I listened to a radio program featuring 'random acts of Christmas kinds' where people called into the station sharing stories of helping, or of being helped in the past wanting nothing in return.

I quickly realized it's difficult to run and cry t the same time. The stories were so emotional. I felt honoured to be alive especially when, in the past, I wasn't sure which way it was going to go.

So grateful to be here. Got the dog curled up and the fireplace station on now and some ice on my back. Life is good.
