Ok, 42kms on the treadmill today - in two sections though lol.
And then later tonight, some yoga because I am really sore right now (I think its from yesterday )
Hoping for some hockey tomorrow and then Krav Maga on Thursday.
 
@City Slicker : Glad to hear you're back at it! I'm positive that Hank will enjoy to go on a run with you. :tup:

Saturday: 20 min with my MTB (does major breakdown with crying count..? :cry: )

Sunday: 20 min meditation and 55 min run

Monday: 60 min Badminton

Tuesday: 30 min Yoga Nidra and 30 min weight training

Wednesday: 30 min Yoga Nidra

Thursday: 60 min run (wanted to do Yoga Nidra but my nose was so blocked that I couldn't focus on my breath at all...:meh: ) + physiotherapy

Friday: 30 min Yoga Nidra
