Work got a bit in the way of my workouts but last week I managed a mid week 35k on the treadmill with Hank asleep beside me.
I am incorporating more outside runs now that the nice weather is coming. I live alone with Hank and I started worrying if something happened to me - like slipping or falling on ice, or an injury etc, I would need someone to help with Hank.

So most of my runs are on the treadmill later at night as Hank snoozes - it's part of our routine.
I just got my application in for the NYC marathon. I think it's a lottery so now we sit and wait. An ex of mine applied as well and if we get in we will travel with Hank together which would be awesome.

I am almost finished Hockey for this season and I have really enjoyed it. I will be first in line for next season that's for sure!
Lots of Krav Maga - but I have to say I think I might be headed towards taking some time off as it's really intense and all that activity takes me more away from Hank.

Yesterday and today were gorgeous.
Both days, 11k outside and then I picked Hank and we walked the big park almost the rest of the day.
I will post an update on Hank soon.
 
Sunday: 5 mile hilly trail run.
Yesterday: 30 minute hatha yoga.
This morning: 60 minute hatha yoga. Really concentrated on breathing into tight and painful areas and I think I got a lot more out of it than usual. It's hard to concentrate for that long though.
