Most pdocs don’t specialize in ptsd unless you get one who works in a trauma unit and takes outpatient patients as well. If you can drive/take public transportation then you can expand beyond Philly. Philly is a big city but as we all know, finding someone who can help with ptsd can be a challenge. I have to drive almost 2 hours to my pdoc.

I'll drive pretty far for the right doc, but like you said, there aren't that many (any?) Pdocs who specialize in these disorders. Its a challenge to say the least
