Hello,
Does anybody know of a possible type of job that has evening hours, isn't overly physical (but could be somewhat physical) and keeps social triggers to a minimum (I know there will always be some triggers I'm just looking for an improvement on my current situation). To give a basis for comparison, I'm a nurse assistant now. I have to go into people's living space and take care of all of their daily living needs, some of which need some convincing. I'm having intense anxiety practically every day when I get there. I'm getting the job done, but sometimes I just feel like running for the hills. Also is kind of triggering urges to self-harm, and drink more. Any way, any ideas? I know there's not going to be a perfect answer. Also has to be evening cause my wife works during the day and I have to be home to take care of my son.
