Losing my 14 year job

At my job corporate took over everything a while back. Now I am required to work 8 hour days and whatever shifts after I was doing my max of 4 hours and something because of my PTSD. Just being at that place is my biggest trigger. I was in the ward for suicide attempts a few days and then on leave almost a month for it. For a while I have been leaving when I reach my max because I become suicidal and self-injure much past that. For a while the company has had my medical information from all my doctors. A few days ago they said once I reach a few points against me I will be fired. Corporate would not make any accomidations at all. I am a US citizen. Does that not include any rights or protections? From what I googled, it does not in my case.

You're entitled to reasonable accommodations.

If the company wants you to work full time and part time hours are not an option, I don't believe they are required to give you part time hours. It seems like a better option would be to find a job that allows you to work less hours, part time.

I was given part time hours for 9 or 10 years. It feels a lot like slavory and job theft. Nothing there has changed in the past 9 years about the work load. They even have more people now to do it. I hope a time will come that Corporations will have some accountability.

That changes things.

I hate corporate America. HATE! Yes, we do have laws about being protected because of our disability but they can easily be worked around so that in the end we have no protection.

If you do a bit of research you'll see how corporate America is taking advantage of disabled populations for profit. It's pretty sickening.

I thought I was one of the few people who could see through this smoke-screen as it applys in my case as obvious as it is. It is not as clear to people without serious mental illness but is clear enough that any rational person should have a strong sense of great injustice here. The worship of every last penny in money is so ignorant of all else that it turns to a kind of blindness and taints an entire soul with pure evil. Its probly the fasted and strongest of all cansors. It will quickly rot out a soul to its very core and distort the ritch people's perception of everything related to reality. All most Corporations understand is command and conquer like a big black hole that grows bigger and bigger, swallowing up everything in its path. A direct visulation of the face of Satan. Rapists of a person's civil rights. Criminal enemys of society. Murders of many people who have PTSD and other disabilitys. Right on par with the Natzis. Untold numbers of hidden unpunished atrocitys. In America there is very far from "Justice for all". The US is now a barbaric third-world country. This is how it is
I am aware this post may be edited or removed for negative content but this is reality and the only way to state it is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. We are talking PTSD and such a serious subject deserves nothing less. Pure evil must be understood and exposed for what it is everywhere. society absolutly must be woken up from its slumber and new legislation must be passed.

I greatly fear working for someone else because they can throw you away in an instant and all that hard work is down the drain.
