Yes, PTSD is directly related to lying, however; it has not been linked to any determinate of compulsive lying or such disorder. That is a fallacy that some moron decided to write on some nothing webpage, that you happened to quote from.
There is no medical evidence to verify compulsive lying and PTSD. Yes... there may be a handful of people with PTSD who also compulsively lye. No issue about it. But that is not a link that would warrant any evidenced approach, because it would be such a minority, even 1% or less, who would fit 'compulsive lying' in relation to PTSD versus known leaving out facts, which is very common with PTSD, or simply not remembering them, or even distorting the reality of trauma's experienced... but the majority of that is related to trauma memory, not every day dealings.
