So far I've been having a few good days, and I want to keep on top of this, so I've got myself a mantra, and it is "I'm not what I think I am, I am what I do" I do this to stop myself from having destructive negative thoughts.
If anyone whats to share their mantra please do, or share one that they think would be a good one to have. I change mines daily :)
