Medical marijuana aftermath

Medical marijuana at a therapeutic dose really works for me. I feel, for lack of a better word, normal. I feel just like the way I did before PTSD. It's pretty amazing.

The problem is, the next day I feel emotionally fragile. I'm really anxious and prone to getting upset or angry. I understand it could be an affect of the MMJ. (With the capsules, I used to get really angry when coming down, so I switched to RSO. I can't vape because I have asthma.)

Does anyone else get this? Any experiences or possible solutions?

This probably doesn't help much but I think eating weed can for sure make you more emotional even the day after.

I feel more anxious if I don't take the medication. As you know I also use RSO and prefer it's mellow longer term effects to smoking MMJ. It chills me right out, much better xanax. I do take a preventative every morning about 50mg RSO in a capsule with my other meds. Then I take another 50mg in the afternoon. That right now is my schedule. If I feel like I need more then I take it.

I have a bit of an upset stomach if I miss but haven't paid a lot of attention to my emotional side. I'll try to notice if it shows as a side effects.

I believe using MMJ in quantity can help too because it makes me look at all the places I'd like to avoid. Some people call it a bad trip but I see it as a learning opportunity if I'm strong enough to get through. I think eating MMJ is much more powerful than smoking but I'm not seeing swings emotionally just more consistently level.
