Sorry for the late reply. I take 10mg of Prazosin and 150mg of Effexor. I am not finding any difference with the nightmares, and thinking the dr. may increase my dose of the Prazosin. I was on it once before at 10mg for a couple of months, but then there was a period of about 8 weeks where the pharmacies didn't have any stock of Prazosin, and they weren't able to get it. So I tried Nabilone and that didn't offer any relief. I am starting to wonder if I am resistant to meds as nothing seems to help.
