Medications Choices?

I want to know what are the best PTSD treatments out there for medications.
So far i am on Prozac and Vistaril.

I am willing to try any medication that is out there!

Those medications are the same ones used to treat a whole host of emotional issues. They work just fine - however, they are not the answer for long term recovery. For that you need therapy. A pill cannot stop the thoughts going through your head - and those are the most damaging to you IMO.
