I am a God feaing Women, A mother of Four wonderful children. I am currently trying to break the victim cycle in my life and I want to bring my children up to strive and succeed. I need help though, just dont know how to ask o where to go.

Welcome to the Forum! This is a great place for learning about PTSD and it's effects on us and our families. Really the best thing for your kids, is to become the best you can be.

I can't imagine having 4 kids! You have to be pretty energetic to keep up with them, and all that goes with them. Laundry, dishes, school clothes and supplies...WOW! But, SO much love and laughter to be a part of as well!

There is a lot to learn here, I wish you success!!

I can imagine you have your hands full. As said, this is a great site for a lot of information so I hope you are able to utilize it. I'm not sure if you have a Trauma Therapist but that would be a great addition to this forum to get the guidance and help you may need. Take your time to get adjusted and post as much as you are comfortable with.

I, too, am a God fearing woman and mother of four fantastic kids. I was diagnosed with PTSD because of abuse and neglect suffered in childhood. The forum and the people here have been a great gift to me, and I know they will probably be a gift for you, as well.
