My Flashback Is Cured I Have Nightmares Only Now, Anybody Like Me, Is This weird?

Last time I had flashback and nightmares. Now I have nightmares only, my flashback cured ready. Anybody like me?? People like me exist???

I have both nightmares and flashbacks every night. It used to just be nightmares but now I'm having both and I'm not sure why. When I'm falling asleep, I'll have flashbacks and talk without knowing and my boyfriend will talk to me until I fall asleep. It helps a lot with the flashbacks but I still have nightmares. I don`t know how to stop them or make them better except to talk about the nightmares or flashbacks.
Just wanted you to know you are not alone at all. Stay strong.

I wasn't going to reply but sort of have to now. Yesterday you did say you were suffering terribly from flashbacks, and wished for advice on how to deal with them- it seemed they must be awfully debilitating since you asked the same question four times. Have they been cured over night? Please do share this method so others may benefit.
