Sounds like a very self absorbed porn addict to me. Sounds like he holds an unrealistic standard of beauty for women especially after giving birth.
 
Is he jealous that he's no longer the center of the universe? I am not being flip, if he was used to having all of your attention his insecurities could be out of whack. I hope for baby's sake he realizes he has been handed a gift
