Hello my name is Carl I am 38 and was recently discharge from the hospital with the diagnosis of PTSD. Part of my discharge plan was to seek others with this disorder but after an extensive search in my community I was unable to find physical groups that were non-vets but I was fortunate to find this online forum so I am hoping that this forum along with therapy and psychiatry to be able to feel functionable in society again. I have far to many dreams and goals to not give it my best. Thank you to whom ever created this forum.
