My Lucky Day

Currently in Melbourne there is a theatre show on - Rock Of Ages. Based on the TV commercials I would love to go but finances do not allow for such luxuries at present.

I spoke to my first client today who just went and saw the show on the weekend and he said it was fabulous. I thought I would come home tonight and see if there were any seats left and how much they were..... I knew I would only be teasing myself but you never know your luck.

The second client I saw this afternoon is a pediatrician. While waiting for the client to answer a phone call I noticed tickets to Rock Of Ages pinned above her desk. When she got off the phone I asked when she was going as I had heard it was great and was going to check out the price of tickets when I got home.

To cut a long story short - I have helped this person out in the past and am a firm believer of what goes around comes around.... usually when least expected or not in the form expected.

Today "my turn came around" as this pediatrician is now on call this Saturday which is when the tickets are for. The lovely lady told me to take the tickets and enjoy them as I deserved them. To top it off there were also two drink and food vouchers.............. :D:D

I am so excited and she thinks they are front row tickets but I haven't checked all that out yet.

Oh boy, I have just looked at the web site for the show.

I wanna go too :).

I would love to take hubby for his birthday and our Wedding Anniversary in September, when it comes to London. He would love the show, but the crowds the travelling and everything else, he would not be able to cope. And the price of the tickets,wow yep a bit expensive.

But I would pay double, if he could go. :tup:
