Navy Combat Vet

SO..... Im starting this forum to just be able to chat with people with my similar experiences. I was active duty Navy for 5 years and went to Afghanistan in 2010. I knew I would see combat but didnt really think about how it would affect me years later. I was a truck gunner and had a few combat experiences. Any other Navy people out there. Particular Provincial Reconstruction Teams?

LOL go ahead w/ the Navy jokes. Im bettin I heard em all. Im from MO. Just got out this May. BTW Ive never met any other truck gunners for the Navy other than my team. Its a fricken rarity. Thats why its so hard to talk to anyone around me about it. All they have to ask is, "Did u kill anybody?"....

Punk u were SeaBee? I was a FMF Corpsman so spent my time on the ground (or in the air) too.. I am pretty sure if you were a SeaBee you are the only one here... there's oh about 5 or so active squids tho....
