I start therapy next Monday (it's free at my university). I'm just concerned about what to say because I don't really know what I'm looking for. They do offer group sessions which I feel would be beneficial, but I'm stressed about admitting these things to a group of people I don't know because for the most part everything is still a secret (from my family and most of my friends). Could anybody share their experiences about how they got through starting therapy. (Sorry if this post is incoherent, I'm a bit anxious just thinking about it)
