Sufferer New here! cptsd (csa), bpd w/ psychosis

hi! this is my first time on a forum and i'm looking for people to talk to who share my experiences. my name is lilly, I'm 18 years old and have a lot of trauma and psychosis. Anyone who can relate?

I’m sure many members can relate. What are your psychosis symptoms like?

My symptoms mimic schizophrenia almost exactly, so i was just looking for someone who can relate to having PTSD and similar psychotic symptoms. I just dont know how to find someone

Thanks for sharing more info - it helps other members find you, who might have similar situations.

I’m curious - since your symptoms are imitating schizophrenia, how did you rule out being on the schizophrenia spectrum?

Well, I actually haven't. Since it's so hard to tell, the many, many doctors I've seen say I'll need to be observed and have many medication trials for a long period of time to figure it out.

Bpd can have psychotic symptoms, and both ptsd and bpd can cause hallucinations.
I really hope you can sort out what's what as far as a diagnosis gose. I'm new here to and can really relate to what you said. This is my first time saying anything on this site is don't normally say anything, but I just wanted to say your not alone.
I have bpd and ptsd as well and it's horrible, I hate the feeling of not trusting reality.
I wish I had more positive things to say or some advice to help in can't do that, but I can let you know your not alone.
