Hi there I am new here, I am 44 married live in the UK and suffer with complex PTSD.
Currently receiving CBT & on a mixture of medications. I am glad I have found this forum as I am having a hard time at the moment, hoping to hear other peoples experiences and share my own

I to live in the uk but I call myself Cornish, I suffer from severe PTSD and morbid depression.
I know how hard it can be, I now have a CPN and have been on medication for a very long time.

Everybody's story's are different but I have found this forum very helpful and understanding.
Actually a couple of members helped me earlier when I was about ready to blow.

I hope you find it as helpful as I have and I hope we can talk again later :)

Hello Blondie,

Welcome to the forum. I also have C-PTSD and am disabled due to that. This forum has helped me in a lot of ways. Like intothelight said, there is a lot of good information here and the support of others is invaluable and I think you will find this to be true. :)

I'm 53..I think, (I can hardly remember things from time to time so if I often repeat things this is why)...I have complex trauma PTSD or early childhood trauma as well as other traumas which I believe is not unusual. I was finally diagnosed 2011 along with a few other things I am disabled due to Chronic Migraines that just cannot be controlled at this last stage but that is not so bad. I am in therapy with a Trauma Specialist and finally feel like all puzzle pieces I've been gathering are going together.

This forum is special, I hope you find it to be. Many different types of people, I love that. Take your time to settle in. I'm sorry for your pain and hopeful for healing.
