Ted's right, so ask yourself the hard questions and be truthful with yourself. You obviously know that there is something wrong, do you really have to deploy or are you a junky like the rest of us. Usually after the second tour the brainwash wears off and the junky adrenaline sets in... The reality is that you lose touch with reality. You end up about 5 degrees to the left of normal. Don't kid yourself Bro, it''s not worth the fight or pain. I've seen and known of too many that have lost that fight. It's up to you Bro.
