Hello,

Taking the advise of my psychologist I thought I would join a forum with other people who have been diagnosed with PTSD. Still earning everything here so hopefully I like it and hopefully this will help with treatment.

This is a great site to connect with others and share ideas as you work on healing. PTSD can make a person feel very alone and that know one really understands or gets it, and that is the beauty of this site as the members here really do understand. I hope you find it beneficial.
