I'm listening to the news right now and it's the 3rd time for a hung jury for a murder that happened about 30 years ago. It can find Robert Badgerow not guilty of first degree of murder, but guilty of manslaughter; or it can find him not guilty.
I was called for jury duty for trial number 2 for this case but didn't go due to my health issues. Trial number 4 is set for Dec. 16.
