You did not screw up, do not be so hard on yourself, and do not stress yourself about it. You are a strong person and brave person, keep your head high and strong. It can be very difficult to even become aware that you have lost time that may have resulted in missing appointments/commitments/etc. If it may help, set an alarm on your phone for the days you have important commitments, and if they are the same day/time each week, set the alarm in repeat so you do not have to stress about setting it every week. If you have an errand/task to do the next day or later that week, set an alarm for that as well. It may help, it does help me more often than not.Thought I was doing good today.
