No Longer Lingering

First, I appreciate this site, beyond words. I've been loving my CavScout (OIF I & III) for nearly 3 years. For at least half that time the honesty laid out here, has kept me from falling off my rocker. I suppose I'm lucky that I have a friend in the city that I don't have to explain things to, as our lots are the same. Yet, being there for each other & dealing w/ the lack of understanding from others (on top of the one-step-at-a-time living) often leaves me too drained to share w/ others. Albeit, I've decided it's time to open up.

(It's been a couple of months since I've visited. If I'm on the wrong site, don't hesitate to point me in the right direction. I'm somewhat aware that carers were provided w/ a separate forum.)

Hey Spunkalunk,

You are right. There is another forum with a great support section. https://www.myptsd.com
This site used to be for supporters/carers as well, but as you know from supporting your CavScout it can be like walking on eggshells sometimes.

The rules only changed in the middle of last month. Link Removed Unless of course you are a veteran yourself.
You are welcome to browse our forum from the outside though and if you do have any burning questions you cannot find the answer for, by all means ask either Anthony (A fellow Veteran), or Nicolette who are the facilitators of the other forum.
