Hi OKRADLAK,
I hope today is a little better. Is you not having a T due to insurance? Do not mean to be intrusive, or sound like I know anything, or imply you haven't explored every possibility to find one you could think of. I was able to get help when I had no insurance through a church, that's all. Some with ordained ministers do this, with zero requirement that you belong there and do not base the counseling on a religious perspective. I'm not saying all, but for whatever reason some ministers also pursue even higher counseling degrees than what is required for thier profession. Perhaps not all of these will have the ability to address the PTSD in what is needed but it's something. Plus, they tend to be well connected in the mental health fields and may be able to put you in touch with those who can genuinely help. It depends on the individual organization, I think, whether or not a church or minister will respond to a request. Just a thought, but do not mean to be intrusive with this.
Do take care, and wishing you Peace.
