Off To The Beach

Well!.

After nearly 28 years I am off to the Beach!.

This is the beach I went to all the time as a child and holds so many triggers for me I am still in a panic at going.

I have been invited by some friends to go and blindly agreed without giving it a second thought. Hopefullyy I am doing the right thing.

Well, here goes nothing, let's hope the techniques I have learnt in the Warrior Programme kick in like I really want them to and I can have a good time, with good friends and a few cheeky sherberts....... :)

Would it help to remember that its not the same beach? As in, each grain of sand and drop of water is a completely different grain of sand and drop of water from the ones that were there 28 years ago? Sorry if that it completely beside the point for you but I'm wishing you luck and hoping that a reframe of your thoughts about the beach might help.

My apologies for not updating last night.

Basically I was invited on the spur of the moment by a good mate to go and just chill out on the beach with mates and a few cheeky beers :-)

Trigger city believe me, with a major 'but' ....... NO panic attacks ....

Had a great chilled time just watching the surf, enjoying the sound of the waves breaking on the Pebble Ridge with mates.

Success!!! Yeah :)
