I'm taking anger management classes online and for every lesson you have an assignment. For example, before you go to sleep think of all the things that can cause you anger for the next day and think of ways you can divert it (this way you are thinking with a clear mind). Okay, so here's the problem: I'm on lesson four and I can't remember the assignments for the previous lessons. So, every time I try to do something, like previously mentioned, I forget what it was that I was supposed to do. Then I get angry that I have to look it up again. By this time I'm too irritated to care about doing the assignment because I no longer have a clear mind. I think I've missed the point of the whole "anger management" idea. :roflmao:
