I'm making good changes in my life. I've been slowing changing the diet in the household to be healthier, more vegies and fruits. And I'm exercising whenever I can. I've been consciounce of what my body can do NOW as opposed to what it could do in my past. I'm making improvements in the HERE AND NOW and I'm proud of that.
I managed a difficult couple of people today. I managed quite well at times and okay at other times. I need to not put so much energy into this situation. It was a bit of a waste of my time. But important that I managed it.
I'm trying vert hard to improve my health, it's been an ongoing battle for months now to eat healthier and exercise as much as I can. It's now that I'm feeling the difference. I'm feeling a little bit stronger everyday and I'm walking a little taller each day too.
