I do not give up. No matter how discouraged I may feel, I keep on going forwards. And this leads to success. This is a confidence builder for me. I think it is a gift to not give up. I am very determined to see things through.

I think that because I have known pain, sorrow, and loss to such a large degree that I have come to care deeply for other people and I'm perhaps more empathic and compassionate than I otherwise would be if not for those experiences.:tup:
