I am organized, or at least I try to keep things in a reasonable order, still like my binders!

Anyway, the other day, when the realtor showed up and after he saw my house, and we were sitting and talking and I was taking notes, he suddenly spoke up, and said to me, "you're organized".

I just smiled and said, Yes, I am. It just took me off guard for someone that I didn't know to say that about me, because it came across as a huge compliment to me.
