One Kind Thing To Say About Yourself.

I am enough for whatever life has to throw at me. I am strong, I am resiliant, and I get the jobs done. I have done it before and i will do it again.

I honestly can't think of anything kind to say about myself today and that really hurts. But I guess I can repeat what my T said about being less afraid and stronger every day. So I'm making progress, even if I can't see it today.

I am enough for what life has to throw at me. It will be very hard at times and I will feel really bad, but I will make it through whatever it is. It will be a life changing experience for me, but i will grieve and work through whatever it is. I know easier said than done. I have never felt like I was enough for the challenges life had to throw at me.

But I am very strong on the inside. I have already learned that when the worst thing in the world happens I will survive it and life will go on. I am very strong.

I am trying to be cheerful and positive. I am developing new habits to replace the negative ones. I am having some success. It takes thirty days to develop a new habit. I am working on that. I am growing and healing now.
