I help clean up when I am at another's house for dinner. Especially, my parent's. It may seem like no big deal, but our gatherings are usually almost 30 people and the majority do not help. Aggravating to me. I don't know why, I'm thinking mainly of my sister, that they don't chip in and help. I know, I should only focus on what I do and don't do and it would be wrong for me not to help out.

I love and feed the sparrows. I'm finally kind to my body this year. It took a while. (I'm 57.) I'm great at doing The Pony. I am almost always kind to others. I will do anything for those I love. I write good kid stories.

Even though emotionally I'm still a mess, I've become a stronger person and know how to stand up for myself now, when I never could growing up.
