One Kind Thing To Say About Yourself.

Today I am determined to stay up. I slept on and off yesterday and Friday.

Oh well the anxiety was again too high. So I half napped and have listened to the tv being on.

I have worked hard to tackle my ptsd, and it has paid off. I'm really good with kids, and I am really good at teaching. I am an animal whisperer.

I keep going despite how hard it is.

I cooked some nice meals last night and put them in the freezer.

I am resilient. When I get knocked down, it is not long before I pick myself up and keep going, and I always manage to find a better situation to the one I was in when I got knocked down.

That is a great skill to have Philippa!

It is. I recognized that I have developed this skill over the past few years, and it seems to be getting better the more knocks I receive...that is, I am much faster at pulling myself up with every blow. I really like that about me. I didn't use to be that way. I've grown quite a lot in the last 8 years.

Even though my family does a lot for me an tries to help with my struggling I do a really great job of shielding friends and family from the worst of it.

Even though sometimes I just want to smash things.

I got through this week.

I don't return insult for insult, rather than sinking to someone else's level, I will take the high road...(at least most of the time). ;)
