I suit up, show up, and do it as long as necessary... still waiting to enjoy it a bit more though.

@The AlbatrossIt will be so good when you get to that point of enjoying it more. I am looking forward to it for you and to a few other people on this forum that are at this point as well.

I did really well under very difficult circumstances today. I went for some medical tests this morning and got the call back for the biopsy this afternoon. The panic, fear, anxiety, SI etc were threatening to overwhelm me but I fought against it and managed to bring myself back down. I can't do it at home so well yet. But I went to a cafe and sat reading whilst people were around me. I brought myself back. I calmed myself down. I did well. Managed the whole biopsy thing well as well. Came home went on the internet. Went for a Dip in the Ocean. Talked to a friend and tried to help her out. Ate boiled eggs for dinner.

I'm tenacious and a fighter. I may get knocked down from time to time but I just refuse to stay there!

I am very brave. No Matter how many times I get knocked over I still keep getting up and giving it my best short.

I am nothing if not determined to be the best I can be and I feel really good about that. I am not one to settle for less than the best I can do.

I have friends, good friends who have been there for me and I have a wonderful family. This must mean I am a kind person. I have worked so hard on my recovery and I reaped the benefits of what I have learned.

I am a kind person to people around me even those that do not deserve it so I have to be careful around those kinds of people.
