Discovering that favorite jammage, wooden drumsticks, and a big giant rubber exercise ball make for some super fun exercise time. I can't believe I didn't think of that sooner! ?

The hula hoops come in handy for keeping it from rolling away. I knew I made them for reasons other than just hooping. ? Bright ideas I never realized, 'til I did. lol

My new ob/gyn made me smile and even cry a little, out of joy....for not charging me for my first appt., but rather calling it a meet and greet, for having a space that is free of air fresheners and such, for being a very kind and mindful human who is genuinely empathetic about my life history and isn't trying to sell me a bunch of crap like the last one did, and she practices and strongly encourages and supports my plant-based consumption habits. May she choose to remain and practice in this area for a long, long time.

Seeing 5 deer at the edge of the woods in our backyard today. First time I've seen any since the season of humans trying to kill them began. Glad that season ended so the deer can come back out and play. Yay! ?
