Only had one cat that "predicted " where the sun would be and would get up and move to where it would be later once she wasn't in the sunshine.....Looking like a hare today in the sunshine.
I manage 10 ferals and 2 house cats. Whoops, (denial?), I am managed by 12 cats 24/7; I LOVE it! Laugh alot too...We’re in the middle of a “heat wave” (it’s not really that hot, but it was a 40-60degree increase overnight, so even those of us desert bred are a bit… grumpy).
TheCat? Is currently insisting on dining al fresco.
He stands by his food. Untouched. Then walks to the sliding glass door. And stands by it. And walks back to his food. And walks back to the door. Until someone obliges him and moves his food outside. At which point he devours it, and stretches out to his limits to lay limp in the sun.
It’s cracking me up.
Cats sense of smell is their gateway to the world isn't it?
Yes and they have more acute sense of smell than dogs! I like how since their snoots are so short they press their faces so close to you when they smell you.Cats sense of smell is their gateway to the world isn't it?
