I love this thread! What a pick me up!

Do horses count as pets? My little Arab Mare is the best pet around. She is so sensitive to my moods and knows when to love on me or when to just be around. I spend a lot of time in the paddock. I'm not sure who gets the most benefit from brushing her. She loves it of course, but it sure helps me release some tension and relax. Nothing like a horse hug to make you feel accepted and loved!

Sorry....don't have a picture to post. Oh well, She isn't nearly as cute as the pictures already posted!

Haha...you are quick James! His name is little bit. Never whethered cause for some reason when he was kidded I thought he was a female....by the time I figured out I was wrong it was too late to neuter him LOL! He is a sweetheart though ;o)

Yes, Cin my beagle is like yours. Though he's not yet hit the upholstery, he really seems to like the wooden legs of our tables and chairs and even would just as soon prefer to use our walls much like a cat would a scratching post. He had his first pig's ear (dog treat) the other day, and can make that disappear in no time.

Niki, my children fell for his cute face too, (Oh' he is so cute), but they're not yet jumping up and down with joy over him keeping them on their toes too, as Andy guy, does with my husband and I.

Btw Iam, Beautiful Horses! And, they look like lots of excitement and fun.

Maybe not pets, but they still need feeding in the winter.

We do have a big Holly tree, which I have hung bird feeders from over the last few years, but decided to have more fun this winter watching all the different birds feeding in our garden. So I bought this feeding station yesterday, hubby says its my retirement present LOL.

The second one shows part of our Holly tree behind it. Just got to wait for the birds to get used to it now, but they had one next door very similar until they moved and took it with then. With any look we should have quite a selection of different birds feeding all winter. Like Blue Tits, Green Finches and Gold Finches, maybe even the Robin will be back again, as well as the collard doves and sparrows that are here most times.

Might even ask hubby for a better camera for Christmas, I am using my phone of a film loaded one at the moment. Then I can take more pictures.

Neat Amethist! I love bird watching too ;o) Where do you live that you get gold finches and robins in the winter? They are spring and summer birds here in the NW.

Very nice bird feeder, Amethist. I found my camera on-line. Newegg, under camera>point and shoot camera. It is a budget Fujifilm Finepix S1800. Found using a pre-paid debit card the low stress way of doing on-line shopping. My camera is very easy to use, it will scroll through the various scene automatically; Landscape, Portrait, Macro. Have been using Newegg for 5 years or so, awesome. Once again, what a nice bird feeder station. Thanks for posting.

I have the cutest turtles. I purchased them when they were the size of a quarter--absolutely adorable...they're also illegal, so kinda like outlaws LOL I Love 'em
