Paranoia Patterns

Hi angel,
This is probably a longshot suggestion, but I've had some paranoid times. Turned out that most of it was because of a thyroid issue. Wouldn't hurt to get tested

Logical jump from no friends to I'm hated, no?

Depends. I only have two friends because I don't like people, not because people don't like me - I don't give them a chance to dislike me IRL if I can.

Also... I don't know, I see myself as pretty unlikeable from the perspective of 'normal' people, but that's not because I am 'bad' in some way, it's because normals lack the ability to adjust to the needs of a mentally ill individual. I do my best to fit in, but they can't cope with the instances where I just don't fit, because they're not used to 'heavy' coping, and because the scope of their experience is so narrow.

They're like babies with a naive social immune system. Sneeze on them and they die. Is it my fault? Don't think so.

I can totally relate... The worst part is that it's actually motivated me to be mean to other people in return for their not-actually-mean words/actions. Like my meter for measuring a threat was out of whack and sending me panic signals at the wrong levels. So I'd lash out in order to protect myself. It's not pretty, and I hate being like that... I hope I can reverse this trend :notworthy:
