Period Or Lost Virginity?

Ive had a flashback and its made me think about alot of things in my childhood. This isvery embaressing for me.

Please dont read if you are easily triggered.

In my flashback I was 9 years old. My mum was going out with my aunties for a bingo night and my uncle was to baby sit my brothers, cousin and I as my dad was working late/early shifts that day. I was the oldest with my brother being 2 years old, along with my cousin. It was a school night so we had to be in bed by 9:30.

The next morning i woke up feeling a little achy, got ready and went to school. When i returned my mother asked me if i had gotten my period. I answered no because i hadnt noticed any blood. Aparently my bed sheet was covered in blood but i hadnt noticed when i woke up as my pjs were not covered in blood.

I didnt get a period until more or less a year and a half later.

My uncle has sexually abused me from a young age till I was 15. I cant remember when it started as I have suppressed most of my childhood memories.

My question here is that is it possible I had gotten my period that night? Can a period only last a few hours and not show any signs of coming back until a year and ahalf later? Or could this have been caused by my uncle? Ive never known how I lost my virginity and fear that this is how it happened :(

This memory is haunting me so much and I could really do with help and opinions as I am very cconfused right now. What do you think it is?

Possible? Yep. Hormonal fluctuations in early puberty (esp if low body fat, or high stress) mean that starting, months or even years gap, restarting, and all kinds of irregularities are common. In the athletic crowd I was in a lot of us started at 9 or 10, but had fewer than a dozen cycles by the end of graduation from highschool 7-10 whole years later.
