Gifts that keep on giving...a chuckle here and a chuckle there...with much needed comical distractions everywhere...

Socks with a reminder/prompt of my yet-to-be-fully-discovered-and-implemented super powers...lol...however, the difference I sometimes/often make is a less than desirable one, for sure...

A naturally dyed towel that already kinda looks dirty from all these greens up in here...lol...and a reminder that no matter what the recipe calls for, I AM the secret ingredient...and sometimes I'm simply not called for and can easily overwhelm the palate...

No better time than now! I want another Aloe Vera plant but I already know it's fate! They're great for healing. (if I don't go near them!)

Aloe Veras are nice. A mouse kept coming into my place and eating my Aloe Vera

Two photos to share, today. The first is of some Christmas angels that intrigued me because of the flowing gowns and filigree on them. For some reason flowing and curving lines make me feel good. The second photo is what I have been doing to keep myself occupied and my hands busy. It is my personal therapy.

Beautiful beadwork @Still Standing , one thing I could never do, work with seed beads. Such a tiny little thing that just kicked my ass!!! Love the Angels.

Mr. Moonlight, the cactus is intriguing. I, too, am drawn to the texture and coloring caused by the shadows. It is a very interesting photo...good job!

[Tornadic Thoughts]

Tried to get a good clear pic of the snow and ice shortly after it began coming down today, but it was coming down so fast and heavy, it kept looking blurry, but here's my attempt, anyway:

I decided to prop up my toasty feet and grab the needle and thread (which was still waiting to be threaded) to tighten up the buttons on my convertible mittens while I listened to the sound of the freezing rain hitting the windows...reminding myself there's only 93 days until spring returns....
