Physical Numbness?...

Past few years I do not feel physical pain anymore. For example I banged my knee really hard against a desk. I felt the vibrations but normally in the past I would feel pain and tears would well up in my eyes. Now it is just nothing.

Today I cleaned my razor blade whilst I was shaving. I just used my thumb and one of my fingers to wipe off the foam before I shaved again as it was really dirty. Big mistake, next time I rinse it with the shower. When I got out the bath my thumb and finger bled like crazy as I had cut them by accident! I did not even feel it when I did it. Neither when I cleaned it with rubbing alcohol.

It is like the psychological numbness is causing physical numbness too? I feel when I bump into things, but I just do not feel pain or maybe I just perceive it differently? It is really weird.
