Sure, stress elicits a number of simultaneous inflammatory processes throughout my body. The other night, following me having struggled to put into text a piece of something that remains incomprehensible to me, I ended up in so much pain: (lower left stomach and side; lumbar spine; and nearly my entire left side of my body (or a very large portion anyways). The pain was so intense for hours that it made me spacey/dizzy enough to not see well. At one point, I was near certain I was going to give in and go to the ER, however, I dealt with the pain, did take anti-inflammatory medicine and used a heating pad when it became possible.
Other than being unmotivated the following day (likely from the loss of sleep), I felt otherwise well and without pain. I'm pretty sure that the unavoidable stress in my life, .....as well as, any avoidable stress that I allow into my life, really does play quite the role in: making me experience greater physical illness and pain and activating pre-existing illness and their symptoms
I'd seen stress among my family of origin simply create really unfortunate :( and abundant disease, and for certain it was not exclusive to their minds. Diabetes is/was just one of these.
