I'm really glad your surgeon was so helpful and supportive. Good for you for opening up and telling her what is going on. I know that must have been scary. Keep taking gentle care of yourself.

Thanks @Muttly it has been a really scary few months opening up about some of the things I have both in therapy and in my other care while learning which providers I can trust and which I need to find replacements for, it is hard when you have established relationships and do everything you can to avoid change and uncertainty but trust and security is a higher need for me.
