Dear Lord Jesus, we lift up kim's nun friend to you, one of the special sisters, and we ask that You comfort her in her hour of need. We ask as well that maybe she can find solace in reading Your Word and being with her sisters and praying with them. We ask that her sisters pray for her often and do whatever they can to ease her burdens. And we ask all this in Your Name, Jesus! Amen.

I ask for prayers for me, because I have been getting bouts of depression lately and have felt like no one loves me or wants me. I also pray that the lady I offered to go walking with keeps inviting me to go with her, as I need to walk too!

And and thought for you all: I know we often ask for prayers for others, but I think we can ask for ourselves too, what do you think?

As far as I know the Bible, Jesus turned directly to the people who were seeking his help and asked them: "What do you want me to do for you?" or "What shall I do for you?" Luke 18:41. (I take this as his personal invitation...)

Please send prayers for my father. He has cancer and is very weak. My mom and sister are telling me to fly to Mexico to see him. I will be leaving soon.

Thank you for the beautiful words of pray for Sister J (Nun), they were lovely. I send my prayers to you all. I have not caught up with her lately but will give you an update, later.

May I ask you all to join me in prayer tonight so I don't have flashbacks or nightmares over the next few nights and days? I am having a hard time tonight. Too many issues open right now. Old issues, but the kind I have to see every single day I am awake. And since I spoke of them out loud tonight, bits and pieces of detail are popping in and out of my mind.

I will be doing all that I can do, however, in the past, these types of episodes tend to last me for days afterward. So I am requesting you add your faith to mine that Father will bless me in that my little won't express fear that we can't control, nor any of my system remember horror that we can't control. I don't want to scare anyone who might come to my home tomorrow or during the night if I should scream.

Our Bodine is heart worm negative without the typical arsenic treatment/chemotherapy. Amen.

My mother is being screened in about a week and a half for ovarian cancer at her doctor's behest. Prayers requested.

My mother in law is putting her long time companion animal Gizmo to sleep today. Her two adopted rescue animals both have kennel cough. Prayers requested.

My long time friend and service provider "Lee" is a Cambodian refugee who immigrated here through England and Quebec. He has been diagnosed with an enlarged shop. He has no family here or in Quebec. He has sold his shop and is returning to his home in Quebec. Please add your prayers to mine for his safe travel and transition to retirement. He is a devout Buddhist and has been a very good friend to our family for 10 years. It has been a pleasure to know him.
