Prayers needed for my mother in law's animal companion (toy chihuahua) Luke. He was rescued from the animal shelter who has been treating him for kennel cough. But yesterday when my husband went over there, the dog was not eating or drinking. He told his mother to get the animal seen. She did and he has pneumonia.

I want to thank everyone for your prayers on my behalf. I have in deed felt the strength and warmth from them. Even though I am on bed-rest at this time, I want you to know I am well taken care of. I am sure it is because of the prayers of those who care. Thank so you so much.

At about 2 pm yesterday afternoon, I got the word that little Luke passed. Watching the other shelter pet now for pneumonia but she seems active and to be only mildly ill so far. I have to get out there sometime this week.

I am sorry your mom lost her beloved companion. But I am glad it is not suffering any longer.

I would like to add a prayer for a member having surgery shortly. Still needed prays for Sister J who has cancer. Anyone who needs our prayers too. I ask for one myself as I am highly stressed at the moment. And a good diagnosis for a friends whom will get their medical results soon.

Please pray for my cousin who had a tumor biopsied in her lung yesterday. For the past year she has fought state IV colon cancer (at 48 they thought initially it was her gall bladder) with 6 months of chemo and surgery to remove 2 feet of her colon, 60% of her liver and a bunch of her diaphragm. She needs a break at this point, as she thought she was in remission for the past three months, until this tumor was found.

I don't normally ask for myself, but I would appreciate prayers, healing thoughts or well wishes that tomorrow's bone marrow biopsy is clear. I just would like a few years without chemo, but it will be what it will be.

Praying that my ex-boyfriend stops calling and pestering my friend Dot who quit working for him. She used to clean his house, but he refused to move furniture for her and she has a bad back, so she quit. He's a pest and keeps calling her. She told me to tell him that she wants no further contact with him, but frankly, if I never hear from him again it will be such a blessing. I pray he gets the hint and stops calling her! She even got his neighbor to go and tell him that she was no longer interested in cleaning his house. DUH! You'd think he could get the idea, but...

Thank You, Jesus for listening to me gripe (and all of you folks too). Amen.

For the last several months, my friend/ neighbor and I have been dealing with exceptionally noisy, inconsiderate, rude neighbors upstairs from me and next door to her. There were 6 people, including an 8 year old screamer/ cryer who did so often. This is a building for the elderly and disabled, and all the apartments are one-bedrooms. As you may well imagine, the situation was unbearable for us. But thankfully these folks moved out!

Now, Dot and I are faced with the possibility of some folks just as bad, just maybe. But we also may be blessed and get some nice folks. Who knows... ONLY GOD!

So we ask that you pray for us and pray OFTEN, as we need all the prayers we can get!!! Thanks.

My camera died awhile ago, I've been trying to revive it every once in awhile, but it is gone. It will take photos, but it cannot impart them into my computer. Something in that process prevents it and there seems to be nothing I can do about it. I've tried everything I can think of.
